Return and replacement policy

2. Return and Replacement Process:

b. Repackage the item in its original packaging, if available, or in suitable packaging to prevent further damage during transportation.

c. Ship the item to the address provided with the Return Request.

3. Refund and Replacement Options:

a. Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 4 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

b. Replacement: If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ship the replacement item to you within 4 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a notification with the tracking information for the replacement shipment.

4. Conditions for Returns and Replacements:

a. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact (if applicable).

b. Returns must be requested within the specified timeframe mentioned in this policy.

c. We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements for items that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
